By using the Mama Flow Co. website, programs, digital products, or coaching services (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.
Eligibility & medical clearance
You must be at least 18 years old. You confirm you have been cleared by your healthcare provider to begin postpartum exercise. You agree to stop and consult your provider if you experience pain, bleeding, dizziness, leakage, prolapse symptoms, or any concerning symptom.
Not medical advice
Mama Flow Co. is an educational fitness service. We are not physicians, midwives, or pelvic floor physical therapists. Our content is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. See our Medical Disclaimer.
Assumption of risk & release
Exercise carries inherent risk of injury. You voluntarily assume all risk associated with participating in any program or workout. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Mama Flow Co., its owner, contractors, and affiliates from any claims arising out of your use of the Services.
Purchases, refunds & access
Digital products and coaching are non-refundable once accessed, except where required by law or as expressly stated at checkout. 1:1 coaching is sold in defined commitment periods described at purchase. Contact mamaflowco@gmail.com with billing questions.
Intellectual property & license
All program content, videos, and written materials are the property of Mama Flow Co. and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not record, share, resell, or redistribute any content. Sharing your account is prohibited.
User conduct
You agree not to misuse the Services, harass other members, or attempt to access the platform in unauthorized ways. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
Results disclaimer
Individual results vary and depend on starting point, consistency, medical history, and many other factors. We do not guarantee any specific outcome.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
